What Is Direct Install?
A state-funded program that pays for most of your energy upgrades.
The New Jersey Direct Install Program provides grant funding for commercial and industrial businesses to upgrade aging equipment with high-efficiency alternatives — covering up to 70% of the project cost, with the remaining 30% financed at 0% interest over 60 months.
That means $0 out of pocket. No capital budget needed. Your energy savings start the day the new equipment turns on.
Eligible businesses include: small businesses, schools and colleges, local governments and municipalities, churches, and non-profits with an average energy demand of no more than 300 kW per month.
